The Platform offers you the ability to respond to surveys that we conduct on behalf of our business partners (“Partners”). We may offer you incentives in exchange for your survey participation. Partners typically use these surveys to conduct and improve their products, services, and advertising.
1) Information Collection
We collect personal information that you provide to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and zip code. We collect this information, for example, when you register for one of our survey panels. We may also obtain personal and other information about you from third parties and combine it with the information that you provide to us.
If you use our Facebook log-in tool, we may collect the information you choose to make publicly available through your Facebook profile such as your name, date of birth, email address, and residence location. You can control what specific information is made public through your use of your Facebook privacy settings.
You may also choose to provide us with your online payment information, such as PayPal account information, in order to credit incentives to you.
If you register for one of our survey panels, we may collect demographic and other information you provide to help us send you relevant surveys and for other purposes. When you register for a panel or otherwise participate in a survey, we will collect any information and responses that you provide in the course of the survey. For some surveys, this may include photo, audio, and video information that you may submit through the Platform. If you choose to participate in the TrackCash Weekly program, we will collect additional information as described below.
We may also collect information automatically, such as your Internet domain and IP address, identifiers associated with your mobile device, type of browser and operating system, other apps installed on your device, the streaming video services that you use (including the content you choose to watch), and the date and time of your visit or when you download our app. Additionally, as further described below, we may collect the precise location of your device, with your permission.
Partners that use our survey services may also provide us with certain device information to enable our Platform and our services to them, such as device identifiers.
We may combine any information that we collect, including device information, usage data (described below), location data, and survey responses, with the personal information that you choose to provide to us.
2) Usage Data
Cookies are small text files or other forms of data which are stored on a computer by a website and can store certain information about the internet browsing activity on that computer. We use session and persistent cookies, and other similar technologies, to make it easier for you to navigate our Platform, to provide a better experience for survey participants, and for quality control and validation purposes. You may be able to disable and/or delete cookies via your browser and/or plug-in settings; however, this may: (1) decrease the functionality of the websites you visit; (2) limit your ability to use and view our services; and (3) limit your participation in the Platform, including incentivized surveys. Even if you disable cookies, we may collect and use other information that identifies your device over time to provide our services.
3) Geographic Location Information
If permitted on your device, we may collect and use your precise location information obtained by our mobile app, to provide you with geographically focused survey opportunities from us and our Partners and to maintain and improve our Platform. We may also permit selected third parties to collect and use your precise location data through our app in order to send offers on our Platform for additional survey opportunities from those third parties. You will receive prior notice and must give your consent before your geographic location is collected through our mobile app. (In the event that you share your device with another person, please be aware that this person could change these permissions on your behalf.) If you do not want to provide your location through our app, please use the settings available on your mobile device to limit this sharing.
4) TrackCash Weekly Program
TrackCash Weekly is an optional program on our Platform that allows you to be invited to more surveys. If you choose to participate in TrackCash Weekly, you will allow us to collect the following additional information through the Platform about your activities on your device
- Your device’s operating system, manufacturer, model, and power status
- Information about your device’s network connections
- All webpages that you visit on the device
- All apps that you use on the device – as well as information about how you use the apps and the apps that you install and uninstall (if permitted by your operating system)
- Activities and purchases you make on Amazon apps and websites
- Logs of SMS messaging (but not the content of messages)
If you choose to enroll in TrackCash Weekly, you can permanently disable or temporarily pause the additional activity data collection at any time. You can pause or disable TrackCash Weekly using controls within our app. However, if you want to remove the data collection tools that you installed for TrackCash Weekly from your device, then you must follow the additional instructions which will be emailed to you when you disable TrackCash Weekly.
5) Information Use
We use the information we gather to offer and improve the Platform and our business, including to administer surveys and provide results to our Partners, to learn about the number and geographic location of people who use our apps and the technology used, to assist in developing changes to our Platform, to offer more relevant surveys to you, and to detect and prevent fraud, as well as for business planning purposes. As part of the Platform, we may send you push notifications as permitted by your settings.
We retain your registration information over time in order to provide the Platform to you, including to offer you additional survey opportunities for Partners or for our internal research. If you participate in our surveys, the survey responses that you provide will be used only for market research purposes for Partners to conduct and improve their products, services, and advertising. We will not use or share your responses for direct marketing.
6) Information Sharing
We will not make your personal information available to other, non-affiliated organizations or companies without your permission except as set forth herein.

- in connection with a sale of stock or assets, merger, or any other change of control transaction, or in the case of a bulk or partial sale, or other transfer (including third party panelist administration) of information to another research organization / end user.
We do not provide information to Partners that identifies you as an individual (such as a name or email address) unless you give permission for us to do so, but Partners may be able to link the identifiers that we provide to personal information that they have about you from other sources. We may share other information with our Partners to provide them with our services or for their own research purposes. Typically, this information may include survey responses, geolocation information, and/or demographic information associated with unique identifiers such as hashed email addresses, device identifiers, or other alphanumeric identifiers used for internal purposes. If you participate in the TrackCash Weekly program, data collected through that program will be shared with Partners. We may also provide Partners or other third parties with aggregate reports that include combined demographic or other survey data. Partners may use and share the information that we provide consistent with their own privacy policies.
We may share and disclose information that is de-identified or otherwise does not specifically identify you or your device, in our discretion.
