What is Surveys On The Go®?
Surveys On The Go® is a mobile market research tool that pays users for their opinions about various topics and issues. You can opt in to categories such as business, politics, entertainment, news, sports, media and technology.
Why should I complete surveys?
Completing surveys is fun, informative and most importantly, it pays! Your opinion is important to us and we know your time is valuable so we want to pay you for including our application in your everyday routine.
How do I download the application?
Surveys On The Go® is currently available for the iPhone and iPad via the App Store, and Android users via Google Play. BlackBerry and Windows Mobile 8 applications are in the works and will be coming soon.
How does it work?
After you download the application and sign up, you’ll want to complete the demographic surveys that are available. You will be notified (similar to a text message alert) when surveys become available. Once you reach US $10.00 you can cash out using your PayPal account. Occasionally, surveys will appear in your inbox without an alert, so check in from time to time.
How often do you send out surveys?
We typically send out one to two new surveys per week. Please make sure that your application is always up to date, as we roll out new survey features which older applications may not be compatible with. On iOS devices, make sure that your notifications are enabled for our application. Android notifications are on by default.
How do I get paid?
SOTG uses PayPal to handle the payout or you can elect to receive your payment via Visa, Amazon.com or Starbucks Gift Card. We do this for two reasons: First, cutting checks is a lot of work; and second, this protects you, since it lets you keep all your most valuable information (like your physical address and bank info) completely private.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a trusted online money transfer system. If you don’t have an account, just go to www.paypal.com to set one up. It’s easy! If you already have an account, but signed up for SOTG under a different email address, you can associate your SOTG log-in email address with your PayPal account. You can also request to have your existing SOTG account email changed – see below.
Why haven’t I received my payment?
Payments are instant with an existing PayPal, account. If you have recently created a new account, payment will appear immediately after verification. Please contact PayPal for further details.
Why is my survey payment pending?
Your payment is pending because your submission is being reviewed for quality. This review process typically takes 3-5 business days after you’ve completed the survey.

Why was my survey payment rejected?
Payments are rejected for survey submissions that do not follow the survey’s instructions and/or provide inaccurate, false, incomplete responses.
A few examples of reasons for rejection are below:
1. Invalid/extremely vague short answer responses
2. Unclear/inaudible media (image/audio/video) submissions
3. Use of profanity
4. Not following instructions
What happens to my answers?
